GUARANTEE
The following guarantee applies to the pup/dog mentioned above in the Bill Of Sale portion. This guarantee is good for 26 months from the date of whelping. This guarantee expires ___________ .
HIP DYSPLASIA:
A. The pup/dog must be currently be owned by the person/persons who made the original purchase.
B. The pup/dog must not have whelped or sired a litter.
C. The pup/dog must not exceed 26 months of age at the time of the X-RAY. The OFA will accept X-RAYS for evaluation of animals 6 months of age or older. Only dogs 24 months of age or older, with normal hips will be given certification numbers.
D. X-RAY fees are your responsibility.
E. If a dog is diagnosed dysplastic before 26 months of age, a copy of the X-RAY and the OFA report must be submitted to us.
All puppies/dogs purchased directly from Steve and Jodie Bonewitz are guaranteed to have hips that will pass OFA certification. All hips X-RAYS must be sent to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, Inc. for evaluation. If the OFA states that this pup/dog will not pass certification at 26 months, we will replace the pup/dog with a pup/dog of equal value as soon as one is available. $200.00 and $300.00 Deposits are Non-Refundable. No money will be refunded.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES:
A. If the pup/dog is found to be dysplastic, you must have the pup/dog spayed or neutered by your veterinarian and have him/her send us a letter of verification.
B. The vet fees are your responsibility
C. Shipping costs for a replaced pup/dog are your responsibilities.
EYE DISORDERS:
A. If you suspect that this pup/dog has eye problems, you must have the pup/dog examined by a board certified ophthalmologist. If at that time the dog is diagnosed as having retinal eye displasia or any other inherited disorder, the pup/dog will be replaced by a pup/dog of equal value as soon as one is available. No money will be refunded.
B. Defective pup/dog must be spayed or neutered.
Steve and Jodie Bonewitz promise to stand by this guarantee as written and we affirm that it is accurate and true to the best of our knowledge.
